Studio Etiquette

Arrival Times:

Returning clients – please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

First time clients – please check in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

We respect all our client’s busy lives and will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, depending upon circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

Appointments: 
A credit card or gift certificate number is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours prior to your reserved appointment in the event you need to reschedule or cancel. Should you fail to cancel within 24 hours or not show up for the appointment; or leave without paying a service charge of the full amount will be applied to the credit card you gave us to hold your reservation or your gift certificate will be considered redeemed.

Any late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.

Appointments that are booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

Gratuities:
We DO NOT accept gratuities to be charged on credit cards, please plan accordingly. Gratuities are solely at the client’s discretion. However, 18% to 20% is customary.

Gift Certificates: 
massage ME & bodyworks, Inc. offers gift cards for any denomination over $10. Certificates must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen certificates can not be replaced. Gift certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. The gift certificate number is required to hold your reservation.

Spa Commitment: 
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us  know and we will make every effort to accommodate you and ensure your satisfaction.
