Due to the COVID19 pandemic, we’ve had to implement some new policies and procedures to keep you, and us, safe. We will take the time to go over these with you, and address any concerns you may have. Please be patient with us during this time.

The night before your appointment you will need to fill out a COVID19 intake form by business close – 8:00pm, which needs to be sent directly back to us. FAILURE TO FILL OUT THIS FORM WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT BEING CANCELLED. YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL FOR THIS MISSED APPOINTMENT.

With COVID19 being highly contagious virus symptoms can change within 24 hours. This is why we need your form before your appointment so we have a base line to compare to.

Arrival Times:

July 2020 – Due to new COVID19 procedures and protocols, we ask that you wait in your car until we call you to come in to the studio.

We respect all our client’s busy lives and will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, depending upon circumstances, we may be forced to shorten your service, or reschedule your appointment with a rescheduling fee.

A valid credit card or gift certificate number is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking. This includes card number, expiration, security code, and billing zip code. This information is kept secure and confidential only to massage ME & bodyworks and is not shared.

Your massage practitioner will not be able to do any services if you have received any immunizations including flu shots in the past two weeks

We have a mandatory COVID19 screening process as of July of 2020 which must be completed prior to the appointment. Details will be provided at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours prior to your reserved appointment in the event you need to reschedule or cancel. ***If you have a fever, respiratory symptoms, been in direct close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID19 in the last 14 days, or if you have recently (within 14 days) re-entered the state of Massachusetts, or if you generally don’t feel well, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. At this time 24 hour cancellation charges will be waived for these reasons.

Should you fail to cancel within 24 hours or not show up for the appointment; or leave without paying, a service charge of the full amount will be applied to the credit card you gave us to hold your reservation (or if you gave us a gift certificate number to hold the reservation, we will redeem that gift certificate.)

We DO NOT accept gratuities to be charged on credit cards, please plan accordingly. Gratuities are solely at the client’s discretion. However, 18% to 20% is customary. Cash or Venmo are gratefully accepted.

Gift Certificates:
massage ME & bodyworks, Inc. offers gift certificates for any denomination over $10. Certificates must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen certificates can not be replaced. Gift certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. The gift certificate number is required to hold your reservation.

Spa Commitment:
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate you and ensure your satisfaction.
